• J-1 Visa sponsorship application processing
• Issuance and shipping of DS-2019 Form (needed for embassy appointment) and acceptance packet
• Accident & Sickness Insurance for entire program and 30-day grace period at end of program
• 24-hour emergency support for duration of program
• Resume/ CV evaluation and tips for success
• One-on-one practice interview and coaching with a member of Zoped Internships’ staff
• Resume/CV recommendation to qualified US Host Companies
• Interview scheduling with qualified Host Companies (up to 3 maximum)
• Personalized Training Plan (DS-7002)
• Expert review of documents before application is submitted to J-1 visa sponsor
• Basic information about the location where the J-1 program will take place (including housing resources*, recommended packing list, bus lines, etc.)
• Coordination of free initial accommodation (when available; most Host Companies provide 1-7+ days of free accommodation at their property)
• All other related administrative costs, including online orientation, and continuous program support

*Applicant will be responsible for securing/signing leasing agreement; Zoped Internships will provide some housing options
